Abstract

FEFI DWI ANUGRAH: 1914901717 ABSTRAK Rheumatoid Arthtritis (RA) merupakan gangguan autoimun kronis di mana sistem kekebalan tubuh menyerang sendi, mengarah kepada peradangan, erosi (pengikisan), dan kelainan bentuk sehingga menyebabkan nyeri dan bengkak. Salah satu penatalaksanaan nyeri yang dapat dilakukan pada pasien yang mengalami Rheumathoid Arthritis adalah penerapan terapi music gambus. Tujuan dari karya ilmiah ini mampu menerapkan terapi music gambus pada nenek. D untuk menurunkan intensitas nyeri dengan rheumathoid arthritis di Jorong Sungai Sariak, Kec. Baso, Kab. Agam kota bukittinggi. Metode penulisan ini adalah studi kasus dengan quasy eksperimen, intervensi idi dilakukan selama 1 minggu 1 kali dalam sehari dengan durasi 15-30 menit. Dari hasil intervensi yang dilakukan selama 1 minggu didapatkan bahwa adanya pengurangan nyeri selama pemberian terapi music gambus pada nenek. D dengan rheumathoid artrhitis .terjadi penurunanan skala nyeri setelah dilakukan terapi music gambus, sebelum diberikan terapi musi gambus skala nyeri 6 setelah terapi nyeri menjadi 1. Disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pemberian terapi music pada lansia yang mengalami rheumathoid arthritis. Saran diharapkan bahwa pasien dengan rheumathoid artritis dapat menerap secara mandiri terapi yang telah diberikan yaitu terapi music dapat menurunkan intensitas nyeri yang dirasakan oleh pasien. Agam city of Bukittinggi. This writing method is a case study with a quasy experiment, idiosync intervention is carried out for 1 week once a day with a duration of 15-30 minutes. It was concluded that there was a significant effect on the provision of music therapy in the elderly with rheumathoid arthritis. Suggestions are expected that patients with rheumathoid arthritis can independently apply the therapy that has been given, namely music therapy can reduce the intensity of pain felt by the patient.
