Abstract

12.)FERDIMAS ZARNOBI: 1914901718 ABSTRAK Ansietas merupakan perasaan tidak tenang yang samar-samar karena ketidaknyamanan atau rasa takut yang disertai suatu respons (penyebab tidak spesifik atau tidak diketahui oleh individu). Jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi pada tanggal 22 september 2020, di Dunia terdapat 30.675.675 kasus positif COVID-19 dengan jumlah penderita yang meninggal sebanyak 954.417 jiwa. Untuk Indonesia jumlah kasus terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 sebanyak 252.923 jiwa, dengan angka kematian mencapai 9.837 jiwa. Untuk angka kejadian terkonfirmasi positif COVID-19 di Sumatera Barat sebanyak 4.653 kasus dengan angka kematian sebanyak 97 kasus. Tujuan penulisan Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners (KIA-N) ini agar mampu memberikan Asuhan Keperawatan Komunitas dengan Penerapan Terapi Relaksasi Autogenik Untuk Mengurangi Kecemasan Kader yang Akan Dilakukan Swab COVID-19 di Kelurahan Aur Kuning Kota Bukittinggi Tahun 2020. Metode Karya Ilmah Akhir Ners ini adalah dengan metode Penerapan Relaksasi Autogenik. Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners ini telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 juli 2020. Berdasarkan pengkajian di dapatkan bahwa kecemasan kader masih di tingkat kecemasan ringan dan kecemasan sedang. Hasil analisis intervensi didapatkan bahwa 8 dari 10 kader mengalami penurunan tingkat kecemasan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi relaksasi autogenik efektif menurunkan kecemasan kader yang mengalami kecemasan. Saran untuk kader diharapkan bisa melakukan relaksasi secara mandiri dan mengajarkan kepada masyarakat yang mengalami kecemasan. The number of confirmed cases on 22 September 2020, in the world there are 30,675,675 positive cases of COVID-19 with a total of 954,417 people who died. For Indonesia, the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 is 252,923, with the death toll reaching 9,837. There were 4,653 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in West Sumatra with a death rate of 97 cases. The purpose of this Ners' Final Scientific Work (KIA-N) is to be able to provide Community Nursing Care with the Application of Autogenic Relaxation Therapy to reduce Cadre Anxiety to be Conducted by the COVID-19 Swab in Aur Kuning Village, Bukittinggi City in 2020. The method of the Final Ners Scientific Work is to Method of Application of Autogenic Relaxation. This Nurse's Final Scientific Work was carried out on July 30, 2020. Based on the study, it was found that the cadre data were still at a mild and moderate reduction level. The results of the intervention analysis showed that 8 out of 10 cadres experienced a decrease in level. So it can be denied that autogenic therapy is effective in reducing the reduction in cadres who experience it.
