ONNY NOVITA VERONICA SIJABAT 1914901768 ABSTRAK Demam tifoid merupakan penyakit yang menyerang usus halus, penyebabnya adalah bakteri salmonella thypi yang akan menyebabkan hipertermi pada seseorang yang telah terinfeksi. Insiden demam typhoid di RSUD H.HanafieMuara Bungo khususnya diruangan rawat inap anak tentang penyakit typoid pada anak tahun 2017 sebanyak 23 orang , pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 20 orang. Tujuan penulisan laporan ini adalah mampu melakukan Asuhan Keperawatan pada pasien dengan demam typhoid. Hasil laporan kasus ditemukan data pada An.G yaitu ibu klien mengatakan suhu tubuh pasien turun naik, ibu klien mengatakan nafsu makan pasien tidak ada, ibu klien mengatakan aktifitas pasien dibantu sebgaian, ibu klien mengatakan berat badan pasien menurun, ibu klien mengatakan pasien mual dan muntah. Hasil pengkajian tersebut di dapatkan masalah keperawatan pada An.G yaitu defisit nutisi berhubungan dengan ketidakmampuan mengabsorbsi nutrient, termoregulasi tidak efektif berhubungan dengan dehidrasi, intoleransi aktivitas berhubungan dengan kelemahan. Berdasarkan masalah keperawatan diatas maka disusunlah rencana dan melaksanakan tindakan keperawatan serta evaluasi yang mengacu pada tujuan dan kriteria hasil. Kesimpulan demam typhoid merupakan kejadian yang sering terjadi di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia dimana jika tidak ditangani secara tepat bisa mengancam kehidupan pasien. Oleh karena itu, di sarankan kepada instansi rumah sakit untuk melakukan Asuhan Keperawatan pasien demam typhoid secara tepat dan benar. The results of the study were obtained by nursing problems in An.G, namely nutritional deficits associated with inability to absorb nutrients, ineffective thermoregulation associated with dehydration, activity intolerance associated with weakness. Based on the nursing problems above, a plan is drawn up and carry out nursing actions as well as evaluations that refer to the objectives and outcome criteria. The conclusion typhoid fever is a common occurrence among Indonesians where if it is not handled properly it can threaten the life of the patient. Therefore, it is recommended to hospital agencies to carry out nursing care for patients with typhoid fever correctly and correctly. Keywords: Nursing
