Abstract

The quality of health services is a factor that can increase service satisfaction. Patient satisfaction arises as a result of the performance of health services obtained after the patient compares the pleasure of the service received with what is expected. Minimum Service Standards for Hospitals are contained in the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 129/Menkes/SK/II/2008 with the measurement of SKM according to the Guidelines for Compiling a Community Satisfaction Survey for Public Service Providers. This type of research is descriptive with a cross sectional design used in January to August 2021 in the South Solok Hospital laboratory with a total sample of 182 people. To determine the assessment of the level of patient satisfaction with the laboratory services of RSUD Solok Selatan. The results of research conducted on 182 patients or patients' families obtained the value of the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) which was 2.67 with a conversion value of SKM which was 66.77, meaning the quality of service in the laboratory of RSUD Solok Selatan. not good. The impact of poor performance and service quality is not optimal. It can be concluded that patients and families of laboratory patients at RSUD Solok Selatan are not satisfied with the services provided by the officers.
