Abstract

DESTI VARINA(18): 12103084105054 The factors related satisfaction level of the advanced age in getting service of health in Puskesmas Lampasi in 2014. x + VI Chapters + 66 Pages + 2 Charts + 12 Tables + 12 Appendixs ABSTRACT Requirement of health service is main problem of an advanced age. Strategy of Puskesmas assist the advanced age meant as one of the reference to manager health program for the advanced age increasing quality and development of service. The lower satisfaction of patient describe the quality of service which not yet fulfilled standard and need many repair. Target of research is to know factors related satisfaction level of the advanced age in getting service of health in Puskesmas Lampasi in 2014. This research have the character of analytic with approach of sectional cross. Population in this research is the advanced age which take medical treatment in Puskesmas Sei Durian Lampasi as many as 1.053 people. Technique of gathering sampel by consecutive sampling with total 84 people. The data analysed by univariat and bivariate use Chi quare test. Result of research found ( 71,4%) respondent have good perception from physical evidence as according to research of Anas ( 2005) in RSUD Padang found 53,3% satisfied from physical evidence, ( 78,6%) respondent have good perception to qualification as according to research of Ulfa in Puskesmas Bangkinang, ( 69%) respondent have good perception to responsive according to Dian at Nanggalo Puskesmas in 2011, ( 78,6%) respondent have good perception to collateral according to research of Dian in Nanggalo Puskesmas, ( 76,2%) respondent have good perception to attention or empathy according to research of Anas in RSUD Padang, ( 76,2%) respondent satisfied to quality of service according to research of Novarianti in RSUD Solok. There are physical evidence, qualification, responsive, collateral, and attention or empathy with satisfaction level of the advanced age in Puskesmas Lampasi. In conclude more than half respondent state goodness in physical evidence that is counted 84,5% with p-value=0,005 and OR 4,795 as according to research of Sofianita in RSUD Padang, qualification 83,3%, with p-value=0,010 and OR 5,000 as according to research of Sofianita in RSUD Padang, responsive 84,5% with p-value=0,012 OR 3,933 as according to research of Syahroni in Puskesmas Paninggahan Sub-Province of Solok, collateral counted 81,8%, with p-value=0,030 OR 3,600 as according to research of Ulfa in Puskesmas Bangkinang Riau, and attention or empathy counted 81,8%, with p-value=0,017 OR 3,942 as according to research of Nafrizal in 2006. Suggested leader of Puskesmas Lampasi to continue to improve and increase service of health to society, so the society which visit Puskesmas to take medical treatment satisfied with given service. To be suggested to increase better service in physical facility, friendlier in service, more responsive to patient and more have empathy, and also give training for staff to increase service of health, so that can give satisfaction to patient.
