Abstract
20.SITI HALIMAH 1614201108 ABSTRACT Dyspepsia is a term that refers to abnormal symptoms in the upper abdomen that lead to diseases or disorders of the upper digestive tract. Based on the phenomenon that get that figure incidence of dyspepsia are globally 15-45% per year or 25% of the population of humans on the earth , while the number of events in Indonesia 40-50% and in the expected increase in the year 2020 of 10 million soul be 28 souls equal to 11, 3 % of the overall population in indonesia , whereas Puskesmas Dangung-Dangung figures incidence of dyspepsia in were forecast 35% souls that exist in the area of work . The method in this study is a quasy experiment design with a one group pretest-posttest desaign approach , with a sample size of 17 respondents with a simple random sampling. Instruments study using sheets of observation intensity of pain were measured before and after intervention and analyzed using the test t-paired test. Results of the study showed that the decrease in pain after a given massage efflurage. The results of statistical analysis showed that there was a decrease in the dyspepsia pain scale before and after the intervention with p = 0.001 <0.05. The application of efflurage massage has a significant effect on reducing the intensity of dyspepsia pain. To reduce dyspepsia pain, it is hoped that patients can apply efflurage massage techniques .
