Abstract

Asam urat (Gout) adalah peradangan pada sendi yang terjadi karena asam urat di dalam tubuh yg terlalu tinggi. Asam urat yang terakumulasi dalam jumlah besar didalam darah akan memicu pembentukan kristal berbentuk jarum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kadar asam urat darah dengan pH urine dan kristal asam urat urine pada penderita gout. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan desain crossectional study. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Semua penderita yang telah didiagnosis sebagai arthritis urika di RSUD DR. M.Djamil Padang pada bulan Januari sampai Juni 2021 sebanyak 30 sampel. Pemeriksaan asam urat pemgunakan metode Kolorimetri, alat kolorimeter, kristal asam urat metode colorymatic, alat krogmatografi, pH metode carik celup, alat kertas pH meter, data dianalisis mengunakan uji korelasi, Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata kadar asam urat pada penderita gout 10,803 Mg/dl, pH urine 5.483, dan kristal asam urat 0,73/LPK, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kadar asam urat darah dengan pH urine pada pasien gout ini p value 0,006, korelasi (r) 0,493, dan terdapat hubungan antara kadar asam urat darah dengan kristal asam urat urine pada penderita gout p value 0,031..korelasi (r) 0,334. Kesimpulan bahwa kadar asam urat pada penderita gout tinggi diiringi dengan peningkatan pH dalam urin, ditemukan kristal asam urat pada urine. ABSTRACT Uric acid (Gout) is inflammation of the joints that occurs due to uric acid in the body that is too high. Uric acid that accumulates in large quantities in the blood will trigger the formation of needle-shaped crystals. This study aims to determine the relationship between blood uric acid levels with urine pH and urine uric acid crystals in gout sufferers. This type of research is analytic observational with a cross-sectional study design. The population used in this study were all patients who had been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at RSUD DR. M.Djamil Padang from January to June 2021 with 30 samples. Examination of uric acid using the colorimetric method, colorimeter tool, uric acid crystals colorymatic method, chromatography tool, pH dipstick method, pH meter paper tool, data were analyzed using the correlation test. The results showed that the average uric acid level in gout sufferers was 10.803 Mg/ dl, urine pH 5,483, and uric acid crystals 0.73/LPK, there is a significant relationship between blood uric acid levels and urine pH in these gout patients p value 0.006, correlation (r) 0.493, and there is a relationship between blood uric acid levels with urinary uric acid crystals in patients with gout p value 0.031..correlation (r) 0.334. The conclusion is that high uric acid levels in gout sufferers are accompanied by an increase in pH in the urine, uric acid crystals are found in the urine.
