Abstract

7. The writing method used in the preparation of this final report is the case study method of midwifery management, namely 7 Varney steps and SOAP (matrix), as a method for organizing thoughts and actions based on scientific theories, discoveries and logical sequences or stages to return a decision. which focuses on the mother/client. From the observations of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. R, there was no gap between theory and practice.
