Abstract

RISKA KURNIA NIM : 14103084015425 (20) ABSTRACT Hydrocephalus is the active and excessive cumulation of CSS in one or more ventricles. It is usually caused by blockage of CSS flow that is common in infants and children, namely congenital abnormalities, infections, neoplasms and bleeding. The purpose of writing this report is able to perform Nursing Care At Client An.A With Hydrocephalus InRoom Inpatient RSUD Dr. AchmadMochtarBukittinggi Year 2017. The results of case reports found data on An. Aie the family says the head of An. A experiencing enlargement, Looks udem in the right eye stiff on the foot, looks difficult to look up. Seemed to have decreased awareness. The result of this study is got nursing problem at An. A is a risk of perfusion ineffective brain tissue associated with impaired blood flow to the brain due to increased ICT, Gannguan physical mobility associated with neuromuscular disorders, The risk of infection associated with fluid buildup in the brain. Based on the above nursing problem, the plan is prepared and implement the nursing action and evaluation which refers to the objective and the criteria of the result. It is therefore recommended to the hospital institu-tion to conduct a proper, correct assessment,planning,action and evaluation.
