Abstract

Dessy Refnika Sari Nim.1515401003 (3) ABSTRACT Maternal mortality rate in Agam District in 2016 found 10 cases from 113 cases of maternal mortality while infant mortality rate (age 0-28 days) as many as 85 / 1,000 deaths. One way to reduce maternal mortality and infant mortality rate is to provide comprehensive and qualified Midwifery Care. Pregnancy is a period that starts from conception until the child is born with the duration of 280 days. Labor is the process of opening and depleting the cervix and the fetus down into the birth canal. Childbirth is the period after childbirth required for the recovery of a gynecological device that lasts 6 weeks. Newborns are fetuses born through the process of copy and have been able to live outside the womb with birth weight 2500 grams to 4000 grams. The final report is a comprehensive midwifery care conducted at Tanang River Pustu in Ny. Y G2P1A0H1 gestational age 34-39 weeks, up to 3 weeks after the puerperium that is held on 12 February to 22 May 2018 from the third trimester of pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, newborn, up to the selection of contraceptives, all care is documented in form of Midwifery Care Management 7 steps varney and SOAP (matrix). From the observation of the final report, there was no gap between theory and practice during implementing comprehensive midwifery care in Pustu Tanang River, Kec. Banuhampu, Kab.
