Abstract

Childbirth is the process or opening and depleting cervix, anda the fetus descends the birth stage. Newborns who have enough 37-41 weeks and weight 2500- 4000 gr and body length 50-55 cm. The puerperium is the period after childbirth , family planning is the desired pregnancy planning to make the small family happy and prosperous. This report is a comprehensive midwifery care conducted at BPS Yelfia, S.Tr.Keb Ny.N G3P2A0H2 32-33 week gestational age held on 08 february until 12 mey 2018 from the 3rd trimester of pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, newborn and family planning services documented by applying varney management and documenting soap (matrix) From the observation of the final report there found a gap between theory and practice during implementing comprehensive midwifery care at BPS Yelfia, S.Tr.Keb, 2018 Reading List : 45 (2006-2017)
