Abstract

Siti Sundari NIM.1515401023 (22) ABSTRACT Agam District during the period of 2007 - 2016 there is a decrease in the number of deaths each year. Agam District in 2016 found 10 cases of maternal mortality from 113 cases / 1000 death in West Sumatera, which included death of pregnant women, maternal mothers and postpartum, while Infant Mortality Rate 0-28 days as many as 85 / 1,000 deaths. Complications that cause the death of most infants are asphyxia, low birth weight infants, and infections. Pregnancy is a process that begins with conception and ends with the birth of the fetus. Labor is a process of expending the conception of the mother's uterus through the birth canal or by other means, which then the fetus can live to the outside world. Newborns are babies born from 37-40 weeks of pregnancy and birth weight 2500 grams to 4000 grams. The postpartum period begins after the birth of the placenta and ends when the gynecological apparatus returns initially. The postpartum period lasts approximately 6 weeks. Family planning is an attempt to measure the number of children and the desired child's birth distance. This report is a comprehensive midwifery care conducted at Pustu Sungai Landai Year 2018 on Ny. "D" G1P0A0H0 35-36 weeks' gestation held on February 9 through 06 April 2018 from the third trimester of pregnancy, childbirth, childbirth, newborn to family planning services documented with the application of varney management and SOAP matrix documentation. Based on the observation of the Final Report there is no gap between theory and practice during implementing comprehensive midwifery care at Pustu Sungai Landai given from the beginning of the visit up to the last visit that is 9 times visit.
