Abstract

Nella Gusti Ardiyan Nim : 1615401005 (3) ABSTRACT Midwifery services (Maternity Care) within a country can be rated by maternal deaths. Indonesian maternal mortality rate by 214/100.000 live births. Therefore the authors make Mrs. S to implement comprehensive midwifery care with TM III, maternity, childbirth, newborn, and family planning services at Auxiliary Health Center Of Sungai Landai, Regency Agam 2019. Pregnancy is a period that starts from conception until the birth of fetus. Labor is the process by which baby, the placenta and the amniotic membrane get out of the mother's uterus. The postpartum period begins after the placenta is born and ends when uterine devices return as before pregnancy. Normal newborns are babies born from 37 weeks-42 weeks' gestation and birth weight 2500 gr up to 4000 gr. Family planning is an effort to regulate the birth of children, the ideal distance and age of childbirth, regulate pregnancy through promotion, protection and assistance in accordance with reproductive rights to realize a quality family. This Final Report aims to information, description and experience and can implement comprehensive midwifery care in Mrs.S. This Final Assignment is done in the form of midwifery care of 7 steps varney and SOAP (matrix). Observation result of this Final Report there is found a gap between practice and theory during implementing comprehensive midwifery care at Auxiliary Health Center Of Sungai Landai, Regency Agam 2019 by providing the implementation of midwifery care on Mrs.S has been done in accordance with standards of midwifery services.
