Abstract

Intestinal nematode worms are a group of worms whose transmission requires soil under certain conditions, the worms belonging to the intestinal nematode worm are Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura, Enterebius vermicularis, Ancylostoma duodenal, Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense, Necator americanus. Group of intestinal nematodes that can be transmitted through the soil is still a health problem in Indonesia lately. This is evident from the results of epidemiological research that has been done almost all provinces in Indonesia. Therefore, feces examination has been done on children of Elementary School of Muaro 13 District Nan Sabaris Padang Pariaman Regency. The type of research conducted is descriptive, the way this examination using 2% Eosin solution. The material examined is feces. Samples were taken at random / random sampling of 30 students. From the results of feces inspection on the elementary school students 13 Muaro Nan Sabaris District Padang Pariaman District, that of 30 samples examined was infected parasite worms Nematode Intestine as many as 14 samples, of which 8 samples class I infected by intestinal worms Nematoda as many as 4 people 50%), as many as 4 students (50%) were not infected by Intestinal Nematode worms. In grade 2 students, 8 samples were infected by intestinal nematode worms as many as 4 people (50%), as many as 4 students (50%) were not infected by Intestinal Nematode worms. . In grade 3 students amounted to 7 samples infected by intestinal worms Nematodes as much as 4 people (57.14%), as many as 3 students (42.85%) are not infected intestinal worms Nematoda. In grade 4 students, 7 samples were infected by 2 colon (28,57%) intestine nematode worms, 5 students (71,42%) were not infected by intestinal nematode worms. Keywords: Intestinal Nematode Worm
