Abstract

6.BETRI ELISA 1814201252 ABSTRACT Background: Nursing services at puskesmas are an integral part of health services. The contribution given by nursing greatly determines the quality of puskesmas services. Efforts to improve health center services are also followed by efforts to improve the quality of nursing services. According to Gibson (in Ilyas 1999), there are three variables that affect work behavior and performance, namely: individual, organizational and psychological variables. Objective: This study aims to look at the relationship between nurses' performance and the quality of nursing services in the work area of the Dharmasraya District Health Center in 2019. Methods: This study was an observational analytic study. The research design used was cross sectional. The population in this study were all nurses in Sungai Dareh Health Center and Sialang Health Center. The sampling technique was a total sampling of 31 people. Results: There was no significant relationship between the age of nurses to the quality of nursing services (p = 0.119), there was a significant relationship between the types of nurses 'genitals to the quality of nursing services (p = 0.014), there was no meaningful relationship between the nurses' employment status to the quality of services nursing (p = 0.171), there is a significant relationship between the rewards of nurses and the quality of nursing services (p = 0.003) and there is a significant relationship between leadership and the quality of nursing services (p = 0.002). Conclusions and Recommendations: It is concluded that the factors that influence the performance of sanagat determine the quality of compliance services. Therefore, Puskesmas can improve the quality of nursing services by taking these factors into account.
