Abstract

MUTIA RAHMI(55): 10103084105533 Relations Duration of Catheterized with The Incidence of Urinary Tractus Infection In Space Bedah and Interne Dr. Achmad Mochtar Hospital, Bukittinggi 2014. xviii + VI Chapter, 47Page, 4 Tables, 2 Picture, 9 Enclosure ABSTRACT Urinarius Tractus Infection (UTI) is the state of a bacterial infection of the urinary tract. The riset of study were did to the patient catheterized in bedah and interne room at RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Hospital from 10 patiens catheterized I found 2 patiens experienced infection of urinary tract.The purpose of this research is to see the connection from duration of catheterized with the incidence of urinary tract infection patients in bedah and interne room at Dr. Achmad mochtar hospital bukittinggi on year 2014. This research are started from Juni until July 2014 with the corelation descriptive method. In this research, the respondents are all patient catheterized in bedah and interne room at Dr. Achmad mochtar hospital bukittinggi. This research using the intruments of observation sheet this research using cross-sectional approach with 95% degree of signiticance. A result of the research from 33 responden catheterized in bedah and interne room at Dr. Achmad mochtar hospital bukittinggi 2014 catheterized patients 3-<7day as 23 people (69,7%) respondents, patients who are not infected as many as 27 people (81,8%) respondents. From statistical test result of Chi-Square got p-Value 0,001 <p=0,005, then there is a significant association between the duration of catheter attached with the urinary tract infection. The persoant from results of the research and discussion, can be concluded that there was a significant association between the duration of catheter attached with the urinary tract infection in patients in the bedah and interne room at Dr. Achmad mochtar hospital bukittinggi 2014. Expected / hope for the health care institutions to more attention to sterility when the ccatheter, and catheter care , so that complications can be minimizid the incidence the infection of urinary tract. The recommendation of this study is for more attention to the factors that can cause urinary tract infection in patients with indwelling catheter. . Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan pada pasien yang terpasang kateter di ruang bangsal bedah dan interne RSUD Dr.Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi, di dapatkan terhadap 10 orang pasien yang terpasang kateter terlihat 2 orang pasien mengalami infeksi saluran kemih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan lama kateter terpasang dengan kejadian infeksi saluran kemih pada pasien di ruang bangsal bedah dan interne RSUD Dr.Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi tahun 2014. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai bulan Juni sampai dengan bulan Juli tahun 2014 dengan metode deskriptif korelasi. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi responden adalah seluruh pasien yang dirawat di ruangan inap bangsal bedah dan interne yang terpasang kateter di RSUD DR.Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini menggunaka instrumen yang berupa lembar observasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada 33 responden yang terpasang kateter yang di rawat di ruang bangsal bedah dan interne RSUD Dr.Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi tahun 2014 pasien yang terpasang kateter 3-<7hari sebanyak 23 orang (69,7%), pasien yang tidak terinfeksi sebanyak 27 orang (81,8%). Dari hasil pengolahan data dengan komputerisasi didapatkan nilai p = 0,001 <p=0,005, maka terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara lama kateter terpasang dengan terjadinya infeksi saluran kemih. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara lama kateter terpasang dengan terjadinya infeksi saluran kemih pada pasien di Ruang Bedah dan Interne RSUD Dr.Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi tahun 2014. Diharapkan pada institusi pelayanan kesehatan agar lebih memperhatikan kesterilan saat pemasangan kateter serta perawatan kateter sehingga komplikasi terjadinya infeksi saluran kemih dapat diminimalkan. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah agar lebih memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan ISK pada pasien dengan kateter menetap.
