Abstract

22. RADA SRIMUTIA ABSTRAK Proses menua adalah suatu kondisi yang wajar dan tidak dapat dihindari dalam fase kehidupan. Penuaan merupakan proses yang berhubungan dengan umur seseorang, semakin bertambah umur seseorang semakin berkurang fungsi-fungsi organ tubuh pada seseorang. Perubahan fisik lansia meliputi sistem penglihatan, pendengaran, kardiovaskular, musculoskeletal, persyarafan, pernafasan dan sistem reproduksi. Perubahan fisik yang dialami lansia mempengaruhi perubahan psikososial lansia yang meliputi masa pensiun, perubahan finansial, perubahan peran dan hubungan, perubahan jaringan sosial dan perubahan kemampuan fungsional. Perubahan fisik dan psikososial pada lansia akan mempengaruhi kemampuan fungsional dan kesejahreraan lansia. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan aspek fisik dan psikososial dengan status fungsional pada lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Air Haji Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Tahun 2021. Metode yang digunakan deskripif korelasi dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional dengan alat ukur kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 59 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara aspek fisik dengan status fungsional lansia dengan diperoleh nilai p value= 0.000 (p<0.05), Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara psikososial dengan status fungsional lansia dengan didapat nilai p value= 0.001 (p<0.05). Kesimpulannya ada hubungan aspek fisik dan psikososial dengan status fungsional lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Air Haji Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Tahun 2021. Diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan dukungan keluarga agar lansia tetap aktif dan mandiri dalam melakukan aktivitas rutin untuk menjaga kesehatan lansia baik secara fisik maupun psikososial. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between physical and psychosocial aspects with functional status in the elderly in the Air Haji Public Health Center in Pesisir Selatan Regency in 2021. The method used was descriptive correlation with a Cross Sectional approach with a questionnaire measuring instrument. The sample in the study was 59 people. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the physical aspects and the functional status of the elderly with p value = 0.000 (p <0.05).
