Pregnancy is fertilization of the spermatozoa and ovum which is continued by oxidation and ends with the birth of the fetus, while labor is a physiological process in which the baby, placenta, membranes come out of the mother’s uterus. Newborn babies can be said to be normal if the body weight is 2500 – 4000 grams, after the delivery of thr mother enters the postpartum peroid which lasts for 6 weeks to restore the uterine organs like before pregnancy. Family palnninh is an attempt ti regulate the amount, distance and age. The report is a comprehensive midwifery care program for Ny.R which was carried out starting from March 18 to May 31 on the PUSTU Sungai Landai Kabupaten Agam. Care that is carried out is documented in the form of varney and SOAP management which aims to reduce maternal health and welfare in West Sumatra.
