Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM), Defines as a group of metabolic disorders in which there are high blood sugar levels over a prolonged period. One of diabetes mellitus complication is coronary heart disease which a waxy substance called plaque builds up inside the coronary arteries to supply oxygen-rich blood to the heartmuscle. This research placed in RSU mayjen H.A Thalib Kerinci on February-July 2018. This research is to investigated the procedure of blood glucose on diabetes mellitus patient with a complication of coronary heart.Type of the research is quantitative descriptive, population and sample for the research is 30 patients of DM. The result shown, most of the DM patients with a complication of coronary heart, have a blood glucose above normal. Keywords : Blood glucose, Diabetes mellitus with a complication of coronary heart.
